The Quebec Produce Marketing Association’s nomination committee informs you that directors should be elected at the Annual General Meeting on Friday, August 21st, 2026, at the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, La Malbaie.
RENEWED MANDATES
Following article 7.4, the nomination committee of the Association advises you of the list of directors whose mandate term expires on December 31st, 2026, and those who renew them for the next 2 years until December 31st, 2028.
These directors:
- are in good standing,
- are elected for a two-year mandate, and
- can be renamed 5 consecutive times.

CANDIDATES WANTED FOR TWO POSITIONS

ELECTION FOR DIRECTORS
As stipulated by articles 4.7, 5.2, 5.3, and 7.4 of the Constitution, each member that wants to propose a candidate, other than those mentioned above, can do so by communicating with the Association at least forty-five (45) days before the Annual General Meeting, so before Tuesday July 7th, 2026.
Candidates nominated for directorship positions on the association’s board must:
- be supported by the handwritten, eventually scanned, signatures of five (5) members of the QPMA, performing as senior executives, and representing five (5) different companies, active members.
- send an application letter.
Note for the potential candidates:
Once the applications are received, the candidates will be contacted for an information session with the Executive Committee. They will be advised about the election procedure, the director’s role, and their involvement.
