A programme designed to encourage community involvement, foster the development of talent, and develop and sustain the human resources of our industry.

Mentorship Program

The QPMA’s mentoring program is an initiative that pairs young people aged 35 and under with industry professionals who have been in the industry longer. The goal is to facilitate exchanges, help the next generation of professionals evolve and keep them involved in the industry.
